Denise Mhlanga is a freelance writer and works full time for Pam Golding Properties as Gauteng PR. Before joining Pam Goding, she was the communications officer for Broll Property Group. Prior to this position, she was a research writer and media strategist for the Group. Before joining Broll, she was a property journalist and writer for Property24. She has worked across a spectrum of publications which include local, national daily newspapers, online financial and property publications as well as luxury lifestyle magazines, B2B and industry magazine publications. She won the South African Property Owners Association News Journalist of the Year in 2009 and was given a special mention in the same category in 2013.
Currently, I write Asset and GLA (online propety publications) and have written for publications includingthe Sunday Times weekly Neighbourhood, the publication’s property and lifestyle guide in South Africa, Destiny magazine and other publications as, and when commisioned. I have also contributed to the paper’s Leaderex and Green Supplements supplements. I have written for Empowerment and Sowetan CSI magazines.
In October 2013, I contributed to a GIBS publication entitled: “Behind the Green Veil: Reflections on Sustainability”.
