Robert Bruce (AKA Robert C B Smit) began taking photographs in 1999 whilst he was living in Cape Town.
His work within the photographic field is quite diverse; but deals specifically with (but not limited to):

Architecture, Events, Interior Design, Travel, Products, Portraiture, Studio, Travel, Fashion Shows and Video.
Robert is way ahead of most photographers in that his photographs have an international commercial quality to them and has the ability to meet the demands for any genre. Deliverables exceed the clients requirement and are always met on time.
 
Over the last decade he developed an excellent eye for photographic composition and in the year 2008 completed his first professional photographic assignment when he did a photo shoot on Johnny Clegg together with a journalist which appeared in the Sunday Independent newspaper.
In 2017 Robert was asked to do a shoot for the New York Times which is currently one of the highlights of his career.
Robert has also completed work for a number of other big names such as Elematic FInland, Primall Media, Spintelligent Eduweek, Graphisoft, Madame Zingara, Volkswagen SA, EuroFinance London, Standard Bank South Africa, Grinaker LTA and Caixa Bank Spain.
