Dear Safreans,

What is it with clients who do not pay their service providers? This past week alone, I have heard of four people who have not been paid since January. In all four cases, they have carried on working – and carried on asking politely for the money they have earned to be paid to them.

Clearly, they were in the fortunate position of having a safety net of some sort – savings, other earners in the family etc. But not everyone has that “luxury.”

So, what can be done? We don’t have a simple answer, but we do have some great resources on our website to help you. If you log in to the site as a member, you can access these resources here

And of course, reach out on the Google Group – there may be others who have experienced the same problem and have found a solution.
