According to Safrea’s latest Rates Survey freelancers’ biggest challenge is what rates to charge. This is followed by fellow freelancers undercutting each other and a lack of understanding of freelancing as a business.
Members of Safrea’s Eastern Cape region got together at their latest monthly Coffee Club to analyse and discuss the survey results. “The report contains a wealth of very valuable information and market intelligence that is crucial for every freelancer to know. Every time I look at it, I discover more value,” said Lynne Gadd-Claxton, Chair of the Eastern Cape region.
