Dear Safreans,

The Safrea Google Group, fondly known as the Oracle, is the hub for connections within our organisation. It is a place where we can get to know each other, ask questions, provide help and advice and to let off steam.

Occasionally the volume of conversations can feel a bit overwhelming, but even then, they are a reminder that as freelancers we are not alone. We have support from others who are experiencing the same victories and challenges as us. I was happy to see a recent thread where a member had asked about the value of Safrea, and so many people replied with positive responses and experiences. Most referred to the value of the Google Group as a networking tool, and how using it effectively had led to new connections and even offers of work. So, for those of you who are still lurking in the shadows, please let your voices be heard.
